Where can I go skiing?

There are two great places for you to go skiing in Flagstaff:

Arizona SnowbowlM/h3>

Known for: Large slopes and lots of options for trails and activities like snowboarding, skiing and snow play. 

• Location: Located at mile marker 222 off of Highway 180. 
• Season: Open year-round for summer and winter activities. Ski season usually runs from December to April, depending on the snow levels.

Flagstaff Nordic Center

Known for: Seclusion and great cross country skiing. 

• Location: Located at mile marker 232 off of Highway 180. 
• Season: Open year-round for both winter and summer activities. Nordic skiing in permitted so long as there is enough snow.
